    2007 年 10 月至2010年 2 月: 荷兰瓦格宁根大学昆虫系,博士后

    2010年 3 月至2015 年 5 月: 浙江省农科院植微所,副研究员

    2015 年 6 月至今: 中国计量大学生命科学学院,研究员

三、主要研究领域和方向

        近5年来以化学生态学为线索,以植物-昆虫-寄生蜂互作研究为核心,利用拟南芥及其突变体以及番茄等重要作物品种,研究刺吸式昆虫瓦解寄主植物直接防御反应的内在机制及其调控植物不同信号路径间交互作用干扰植物间接防御的机理。

        围绕植物与刺吸式昆虫互作开展了系统的研究,取得的创新点如下:(1)试验证明刺吸式昆虫(烟粉虱及扶桑绵粉蚧)能够抑制寄主体内的茉莉酸防御反应进而促进其个体及种群发育,并且证明水杨酸防御反应在这一过程中发挥重要作用 ;(2)首次阐明烟粉虱诱导植物释放挥发物吸引寄生蜂的分子机制,即烟粉虱取食激活水杨酸路径,进而调控寄主植物释放月桂烯,吸引丽蚜小蜂达到防治烟粉虱的目的;(3)烟粉虱通过调控植物体内的JA-SA信号互作,能够干扰小菜蛾或二斑叶螨诱导的植物挥发物化学指纹谱,进而干扰天敌昆虫的寄主选择行为。这一系列研究成果的取得,对于未来利用转基因或遗传育种技术,实现刺吸式昆虫可持续治理具有重要意义。
